Impact
🔹 Index Futures में Positive Flow
🔹 Options में Heavy Activity – Hedging या Exit?
हमने साफ-साफ ये भी समझा कि
📌 25600–25650 Support Zone

Good morning friends.
The Union Budget was presented yesterday, and overall, it is a positive and fundamentally strong budget. However, there is some confusion in the market—especially among traders—because of the increase in Securities Transaction Tax (STT) from 0.02% to 0.05%. Since we primarily deal with the Nifty 50 index, analyze Nifty stocks, and many participants work as option buyers, concepts like straddles and directional bets are commonly used to benefit whether the market moves up or down. But it is extremely important to understand the bigger picture behind this STT increase. Why the STT Increase Is Fundamentally Right Speculation-driven markets where the common man consistently loses money are not healthy for any economy. From a fundamental perspective, putting a check on excessive speculation is absolutely justified. Many fundamentally strong companies—with: • Good EPS • Healthy profit margins • Strong profitability were still falling earlier due to heavy speculative activity. This tax increase discourages blind speculation and helps fundamentally strong companies get fair valuation over time. This change does not harm investors, traders, or operators in any meaningful way. Instead, it encourages disciplined participation. Ease of Entry vs. Responsibility Capital market infrastructure companies made market entry extremely easy—trading through any app, instant access, minimal understanding. While ease of access is fine, risk education must match accessibility. I have consistently cautioned viewers about this in my videos, and the Budget clearly reflects that concern. This step protects long-term market health. FIIs: No Need to Panic There is fear that Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) will turn more negative. Let’s look at facts: • Earlier, FIIs held around 33% • Today, FII holding is already down to 14–15% So the fear is largely overdone. There is nothing left to panic about. In fact, this situation creates opportunity, not risk. Budget Focus: Ease, Growth & Strength The Budget continues its clear focus on: • Ease of Doing Business • Ease of Compliance • PLI Schemes • MSME tax benefits and funding support For IT companies, fragmented revenue heads have been simplified into a more composite tax structure, which will help them improve margins going forward. Sectoral Positives • Import duty rationalization benefits chemical-based exporters • Infrastructure budget increased • Defence allocation increased All these indicate a growth-oriented and production-driven approach. Macro View: Economy Is on the Right Track If: • Productivity improves • Consumption rises • Inflation stays under control then the economy will not face any structural damage. At the ground level, what is needed is better implementation and state-level control so funds are used productively. Market Outlook & RBI Policy If markets correct—even by 200–300 points—it should be seen as an opportunity. We have already seen strong support near 24,600, and such movements are part of normal market behavior observed repeatedly over 15–20 day cycles. There is no reason to panic. We also have the RBI Monetary Policy coming up. If rate cuts or supportive measures come, the benefits will gradually ease pressure on household finances and support economic activity. Final Message • Stay invested • Be patient • Work with understanding, not fear • If you are trading, do not trade without learning • Take this Budget positively and fundamentally I am fully in favor of this Budget, and there is no need for unnecessary panic. Let’s move forward with discipline and clarity
